“I see a hip, stylish hotel that makes a virtue of its proximity to both the beach and downtown Santa Cruz. The design thoughtfully incorporates natural elements, while amenities like the pool, fire pits, and Solaire restaurant aim to provide a resort-like experience. I do note concerns raised about inconsistent service for loyalty program members, which prospective guests should consider.”
